Terms of Service

Effective: March 7, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the AI commerce agent service provided by Shopzy (the "Service"), which currently supports Cafe24 and Shopify.

Article 2 (Service Content)

The Service provides the following features:

• Browsing, editing, and management of skin (design) files for Cafe24 and Shopify stores
• AI-based design edit suggestions and automatic application
• Retrieval of store data through each platform's Admin API

Article 3 (Formation of the Service Agreement)

1. The service agreement is formed when you install the app from a supported platform (Cafe24 App Store or Shopify App Store) and complete OAuth authentication, or when you sign up directly through the Service.
2. By doing so, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

1. You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms when using the Service.
2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
3. You may not use the Service for any unlawful activity.

Article 5 (Provision and Suspension of the Service)

1. The Service is provided 24 hours a day, year-round in principle, but may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance or similar reasons.
2. The Service may be modified or discontinued after prior notice.

Article 6 (Disclaimers)

1. The Service is not responsible for the outcome of skin edits performed by you through the Service.
2. The Service is not responsible for service limitations caused by failures or changes in the APIs of connected platforms (Cafe24, Shopify, and similar).
3. The Service is not responsible for damages caused by reasons attributable to you.
4. AI-suggested code edits are for reference only, and you are responsible for deciding whether to apply them. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy of AI suggestions.

Article 7 (Termination)

1. You may terminate the service agreement at any time by removing the app from a supported platform (Cafe24 App Store or Shopify App Store) or by withdrawing your membership from the Service.
2. When the app is removed, your OAuth tokens and related data are deleted immediately.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

The intellectual property rights to the Service's software, design, and technology belong to the Service provider. You only obtain the right to use the Service.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes arising from your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea and resolved in the courts having jurisdiction.

Article 10 (Changes to These Terms)

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in law or the Service. We will notify users within the Service when changes are made.
