#General

The AI changed something I didn't want. Can I roll it back?

For design edits, yes. Every design task you ask for in the chat is automatically backed up, so a single "undo that" restores it.

That said, operations changes — price, stock, options — apply to your shop immediately and aren't auto-reverted. Spell out the values you want for those.

We suggest starting with small areas — button colors, banner copy — to get a feel for the results. Once you have a sense of how it works, you can move on to larger tasks.

How is pricing calculated?

You're charged in tokens based on how much you use the chat. A "token" is the unit the AI processes characters in — longer tasks use more tokens.

Detailed monthly usage is visible on your dashboard.

Is it secure?

  • Shop access credentials like SFTP passwords are stored encrypted. Even Shopzy's own team can't see the passwords.
  • Payment and card information is never touched.
  • Design edits are all backed up, so anything off can be reverted. Operations changes like price or stock apply immediately and aren't auto-reverted, so spell out the values you want.

What exactly do I get on the free trial?

For one day, you can use the chat with the same limits as a paid plan: up to 100 chat sessions per month and up to 10 message turns per session.

Once the trial ends, you can't start new chats. Pick a plan from the dashboard to keep going.

What happens when I hit a usage limit?

There are two kinds of limits.

  • Session limit — once you've used all 10 message turns in a chat, that chat is closed for new messages. Just open a [New chat] from the header to keep going.
  • Monthly limit — 100 chat sessions per month. When you hit it, you can't start new chats until the 1st of the next month, when it resets automatically.

Complex requests burn through a session faster, so breaking work into smaller tasks is more efficient.

When does a plan change take effect?

Immediately. The price difference is prorated and either charged or refunded for the remaining period at the moment of the change, and the new plan's limits (sessions, message turns) become available right away.

How many images can I attach?

Up to 3 per message, and up to 10 across a single chat session.

If you go over, the extras are dropped automatically and we'll tell you how many were excluded. When you have several screenshots of the same screen, sending the most relevant ones tends to get better results than dumping them all.

The task is taking forever or looks frozen

Complex design edits can take a few minutes — up to about 10 — per task. The chat shows progress like "Analyzing...", "Checking file..." every 5 seconds. Even if it looks stalled, the work is usually still running in the background.

Closing the browser or reloading the page doesn't kill the task. You can also see results later in Dashboard → [Tasks].

A task failed. Where do I see why?

Go to Dashboard → [Tasks], open the failed one, and you'll see step-by-step where it stopped (file read, edit, or API call) and the error message at each step.

The most common causes are an expired SFTP password (Cafe24) or insufficient OAuth permissions. If the message isn't clear, capture that screen and send it via contact.

Beyond design, can it manage products and orders?

Yes. From checking inventory, orders, and shipping to editing prices and options and tidying categories — you can ask for it all in the chat. For example: "Show today's orders", "Which options have 10 or fewer in stock?", "Raise summer dress prices by 5%".

Operations run within the permissions you granted when connecting Cafe24. See the full scope in the Cafe24 design edit guide.

#Cafe24

Which skin gets edited?

Your Cafe24 representative skin (the one currently in use) is the edit target. Even if your mall has several skins registered, only the representative one is touched — backup skins stay untouched.

To check which one is the representative, go to Cafe24 Admin → Design (Shop) → [Design Library] and look for the skin labeled [In use].

For a first try, test safely: in the Cafe24 admin, [Duplicate] your representative skin, set the copy as the representative, and then run things through Shopzy. If you don't like the result, switch the original back as the representative.

My SFTP connection doesn't work

Check these three common causes.

  1. The SFTP password may have expired (7-day cycle) — reissue it on Cafe24, then re-enter it in Shopzy.
  2. You may be confusing the SFTP password with your Cafe24 login password — they're different. SFTP passwords are issued separately on the Cafe24 SFTP page.
  3. The Cafe24 permission consent step may not be finished — if you see [Connect] on your shop card, restart from that step.

If all three check out and it still doesn't work, contact us.

The SFTP password really expires every 7 days?

Cafe24's SFTP password expires 7 days after it's issued. This is Cafe24's security policy, not Shopzy's.

When it expires, chat tasks will fail or stall. To fix it:

  1. Reissue the password on the Cafe24 SFTP page.
  2. On the Shopzy shop card → [Register FTP] → enter the new values.

That'll get things working again.
